Welcome to the Public Records Request Center
To create a public records request with Orange County Transportation Authority, you can use this portal to submit a request, track the request status, and view/download responsive records. If needed, members of the public may call the Clerk of the Board at (714) 560-5676; email ClerkOffice@octa.net; or mail a letter to Orange County Transportation Authority, Clerk of the Board, 550 South Main Street, Orange CA 92863 in order to submit a request. All members of the public who wish to inspect or view public records at OCTA Headquarters must make an appointment by calling the Clerk of the Board Department at (714) 560 5676. Appointments will be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
